Business Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic BDR/SDR to join our team and help drive our growth.
Job Summary:
As a BDR/SDR, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by identifying and creating new business opportunities for our Mimecast solutions. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead generation, and setting up qualified meetings for our sales executives. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can effectively communicate the value of our cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to generate new leads.
Qualify inbound leads and move them through the sales pipeline by setting up meetings and demonstrations for the sales team.
Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers within assigned territories.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
Develop a deep understanding of Mimecast’s product offerings and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and channel partners.
Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a BDR/SDR role, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to lead generation.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Job Summary:
As a Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert technical assistance and troubleshooting to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. You will work closely with our development and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including software, hardware, and network-related problems.
Provide clear and detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with the development and product teams to identify and resolve recurring issues and improve product performance.
Conduct remote sessions to assist customers with complex issues and configurations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry best practices.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
Develop and deliver training materials and support documentation for both internal teams and customers.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or engineering teams as necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Support Engineer, Technical Support Specialist, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and networking principles.
Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Familiarity with support ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) is a plus.
