What is the best tool for DMARC? DMARC Analyzer, DMARCian, EasyDMARC

There are many reasons to create and manage a DMARC project. If you are reading this it’s probably because you found your reason and are looking for the best tool for DMARC for your company. We will quickly break down the three companies we have experience with.

Overall: These tools take XML data and display it for the user to read. They each have some minor features which try to differentiate them but in the end they all give you what you need.

DMARC Analyzer – this product is built into Mimecast. That is the primary advantage you will have using this tool. The other tools will require a new “pane of glass,” login, and vendor to pay.

DMARCian – we like how this platform provides some data on how to fix your DMARC record with certain senders. For example if knowbe4 is failing DMARC you can get a link showing you where to navigate in the knowbe4 console to get your selector.

EasyDMARC – easy to work with and has the best prices. The name is accurate.

IMPORTANT: all of these products function and perform nearly the same. The biggest difference will be in the managed services and the prices of both the product and the services.
